Role Overview

As a Mystery Experience Reviewer, you'll attend selected TEAM BUILDER programmes as a regular participant or guest, discreetly evaluating every aspect of the customer journey.

Your identity as a reviewer will remain confidential while you experience the event exactly as our customers do.

Afterwards, you'll complete a structured review highlighting what impressed you, what could be improved, and recommendations to help us continue delivering exceptional experiences.

Every assignment is different—one week you could be reviewing an educational excursion, the next a leadership camp, adventure programme, or corporate team-building event.
